Discover Yosemite Tours understands that there are situations in which you would have to cancel a tour that you have previously booked. Please understand that due to our costs, our cancellation policy is firm and applies to all who book a tour through our company. Please take a moment to review and understand our terms, below.
When you book a tour with Discover Yosemite, you are agreeing to the following:
Full Day Public Tour and Full Moon Public Tour
- We require the equivalent of 4 adults to operate a tour. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified by 8:00 p.m. the evening before your tour and you will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued if you cancel a tour within 48 hours of the tour date. Cancellations prior to 48 hours of your tour date will incur a $5 per person cancellation fee.
Private Tours and Hiking Tours
No refunds will be issued if you cancel a tour within 7 days of your tour date. Cancellations prior to 7 days of your tour date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
All Tours
Tours will run rain or shine unless driving conditions are unsafe. If we cancel a tour due to hazardous driving conditions you will receive a full refund.
